Toor Dosa:(Thuvaramparuppu Dosai)

Ingredients:
Toor dal-1cup,Rice-1cup,Red chilly-5,Asafotida powder-1tsp,Curry leaves,Salt to taste,oil
1.Soak Toor dal and rice for 1 hr.
2.clean and drain the water….
3.Keep it in the mixie with red chilly and salt,grind it finely by adding water.
4.Transfer it to a bowl and add water to get the consistancy suitable to make dosa.
5.Add chopped curry leaves.Chopped onion may be added if wanted.
6.Make dosa on the tawa and pour oil.Turn back and keep to get crispy Toor dosa.
It is not only easy to make but also healthy dish too.
Serve hot with any corrionder chutney or coconut chutney.
Confused of what to make for dinner.No worries just soak toor dal,rice and make this dish with no time.

Corrionder chutney:

Place fresh corrionder leaves,Green chilly-2,grated coconut-2tsp,A pinch of tamarind paste,salt,asafotida powder and grind well to get the chutney.
To it add fried mustard.
