1.From the nearby villagers directly.
a)Our staffs go to the villages by our vehicles carrying weighing machine,bills,vouchers,sack etc.with them.
b)After examining the quality of the product,they fix the rate depending upon the quality and current market value.
c)The product is purchased by giving ready cash and voucher is issued representing rate and Weightage.
d)The food grains are procured back to our company.
e)The grains are mixed in quality basis and is packed as 75Kg bags.
f)These bags are sold to the parties through commisioning agents in our vehicle.
2.From other parties in bulk.
a)These grains are purchased from other parties and got back to either to Gothaidaltraders or to our chennai Branch.
b)It is sold as bulk in line itself.
3.Point of purchase.
a)The food grains are purchased in our company itself.
b)The villagers bring their products in their vehicles.
c)The grains are purchased and cash is settled immediately.
d)The rate depends upon the quality and the present market value.
f)In this Vehicle freight is included with the rate.
